Foot Update #1

Well, its official I broke my foot. It is a transverse displaced fracture which means I cut the bone in half. I went to a foot doctor after Jeff and I sat at urgent care for a couple hours. They are not casting it at this point as they might do surgery to put a screw in it to hold the bone together. I am on crutches for a week to help with the healing and have a little boot I have to wear. I hate not being able to walk or work out but Jeff is such a wonderful husband! He is doing everything he can to help me and keep me off my foot along with bringing me ice and making me ice it! Doctors orders!

Baby Jacob

Meghan and Jason had their baby! He is healthy 7lb 5oz and is super cute!! Meghan is doing well and recovery quickly. They named him Jacob Barrie Quick.

Josh's Wedding

My cousin Josh got married at a beautiful local winery. We are so excited to have Erika as part of our family. I had to share some pictures from the wedding because my sister was 9 months pregnant and I had a broken foot with a high heel on the good foot.

Broken Foot!

Well, we had an eventful Sunday evening. I was studying for my CPA exam and took a break to bring a load of stuff upstairs from our Costco trip, of course I had my hands too full and a can of scrubbing bubbles fell through my hands and broke my foot. We aren't too sure if its broken but it instantly bruised and the bottom of my foot hurts more than the top where the can hit it. I can't walk and Jeff is making me an ice pack. I think we will go the doctors tomorrow to have it checked out.
