9 months old

Ethan has his 9 month check up and we got the update on his stats:

Height: 30 inches (90 percent tile)

Weight: 20 lbs 6 oz (50 percent tile)

Head: average...thats all they told us...no numbers on this...

And becuase I can here are some fun pictures from today
He stands!!

He climbs the stairs

And he sleeps "stink butt"...I have been wanting to take a picture of this forever but haven't had the guts becuase I was always affraid I would wake him up...and yes we let him sleep with a blanket and bumper on his crib....whatever it takes to make him sleep!!
Awake from his nap and playing in his crib

"Let me see that tooth...."

"NEVER"....if Ethan could talk that is what he would say to me

He shows us his 2 pearly whites all day long but once the camera comes out this is how the photography session/conversation goes

"Show me those cute new chompers..."
Haha...yeah right!
"I don't think so"

"Hehe..I'll show you who's boss around here"

And here are the pictures from a second attempt
"Good luck getting me to take these fingers out of my mouth"
"okay..force me to remove them..."
"...making me laugh won't work..."
"okay, well maybe but I won't open my eyes!!"

Updated!!

I posted a few posts today about Ethan.

He is growing up so fast, my little baby is gone!

He crawls, sits up, pulls up on the couch and tables, says mama, dada and hi/hey. He also finally got his 2 lower teeth. He was teething forever so we are relieved for him to have a small break before those upper teeth try to break through.

He is on prescription formula which they deliver to us once a month and our insurance pays the entire cost. It is wonderful to be able to eat again but now it will be harder to see if Ethan is still allergic to the foods as we will have to try them directly on him. I am dreading that already!!

But for now he is happy and developing so quickly. He is so much fun to play with and laughs out loud when we kick the soccer ball or play with blocks. Look for some videos to come...maybe tomorrow if Jeff will take a break from football to upload them to the computer.

Sorry to be such a blog slacker but I hope you enjoy the updates below!

Hanging out with little E

Watching the first football game of the season...Jeff and his "mini-me"

They are just so cute!!
Ethan loves to watch TV but he also loves to give me kisses....big wet kisses...we say "give Momma kisses" and he goes for it!

Where's Ethan??

There he is

Story Time

Ethan loves (absolutely loves) story time. He will see his books, grab them, crawl it over to you and scream until you start reading! In the car if he's fussy or on the changing table if he won't stay still I can recite a book and he will just stop crying/moving and listen to me.

His favorite book of all time seems to be "So Big" by Baby Elmo. He's loves it!!! Here are some pictures of story time with Daddy.

SO BIG

.....WOW....
