My Dad's birthday was last Friday but a couple weeks ago we gave him an early birthday present. For all you that know my father he loves decorating the house like Chevy Chase in the movie 'Christmas Vacation' so to help with his decorating my Mom, Meghan and I gave him "a major award" from the movie 'A Christmas Story' for his birthday. He was so excited he couldn't believe it..."A major award....I got the major award." I am afraid next time I come he will be sitting in the living room basking in the glow of the lamp in the front window. I put up some pictures to show his excitement.
