4th of July

This past weekend one of Jeff's good friends, David, got married in Arroyo Grande (by San Luis Obispo). It was a fun way to spend the 4th, especially since it was torture for Jeff as he had to give a best man speech and he had no "liquid courage" to help him through it. I thought it was fun to tease him about it but he did great and is so happy its over! And now when David gets back from the honeymoon he will be living in Roseville which is super close to us, yea for another friend in our area!

Up next is my friends (Jenn's) wedding in Hawaii. I am a bridesmaid and the dress fits good now, but who knows how it will fit in 2 weeks. We are telling the baby not to "pop" out until 19 weeks, we'll see if it will cooperate with me (but I'm not counting on it)!! And like Jeff is relieved his groomsmen duties are over, I will be relieved when my bridesmaid dress zips ups on the big day.

Oakland A's Game

We went to the A's game on Sunday with my parents. My Dad scored these awesome tickets from one of his clients, 6th row!! It was a great game against the Angels, they were tied at the end of the 9th ining. We stuck around to watch the overtime game but as the 12th ining started we were all tried and burnt so we decided to leave. At that point the score was 3 to 3. On the drive home we put the game on the radio and the A's won it with a grand slam in the 12th ining!! 7 to 3....apparently it was a great ending to the game...at least we can catch the highlight on sports center.

Ashley's Graduation and BBQ

This weekend Ashley graduating from Whitney High School in Rocklin. Graduation was Thursday night at 7:30. So we got there at 5:30 to stand in line at the gate which didn't open until 6 then once we got in and got seats we waited until 7:30. Our seats were great until they ran out of seating and everyone stood in front of us so we couldn't see much but I still got some good pics! Here are some of the highlights from the weekend:

They graduated!!

On Saturday they had BBQ to celebrate Ashley's graduation. We all hung out swimming and drinking lots of margaritas. Of course there was a margarita machine and they were strong, the adults we so drunk, it hilarious! They even through Danny into the pool!!

Memorial Day Weekend

This was a nice long weekend! On Saturday was Jenn's bachelorette party and we went wine tasting in Livermore. I love wine tasting and got to stock up on lots on good wine!

After Jenn's bachelorette party I met my family at a friends 30th birthday party. It was hilarious when they broke out the Wii and the parents started playing (sorry Karen but the pictures are too funny not post)!

And as you can tell the Dad's were having a blast!! They were so patient waiting by the front door to go home.

Overall it was great to see my friends and family and I had a wonderful day with them all!

Annual Wine Tasting

Every year after tax season we coordinate a wine tasting trip with a few of the winos from the firm. It is a great time to get out, drink lots of wine, and hang out with friends.
Of course all the pics we took were after lots of drinks on the ride back home!

Mothers Day & Megs Bday!

We celebrated Meg's 26th birthday and Mothers day at the beach house in Irish Beach. We hung out at the beach and watched lots of movies all weekend. It was a great time together with the family.
