My baby reads!!

Ethan could be the poster child for those infomericals that swear babies can read by 18 months. He loves to read books with us and when he's playing on his own he always goes for the books and starts "reading". We have a genius on our hands and it is definetly from his Mom's side of the family...hahaha!!!

A's Game

My Dad has season tickets to the A's game so we took Ethan the family to another A's game. We had great seats and it was the game that they retired Rickie Henderson's jersey...so it was packed. Needless to say that made the game hard to watch for Ethan. All the clapping and cheering was not making him happy...so I decided to leave and take him home and let everyone else stay and enjoy the game....too bad I got lost in the parking lot with E and couldn't find the car. So Jeff had to leave the game early too and come home with us....and in early I mean 3 ining...oh well...it was a good attempt...better luck next year, right?

Diana and Brian's Wedding

My friends Diana and Brian got married last weekend in San Francisco. It was our 1st (and probably only wedding) in the city and it was truly amazing. The location was beautiful and we had so much fun.

My parents came and watched Ethan for us and they are officially the are new/only overnight babysitters now!!! Yay for us....big mistake for them. Ethan has never gone to bed for a babysitter, he will stay up until we get home (which has been 1 or 2 am some nights) so needless to say Jeff and I were thrilled to come home to a sleeping baby.

Praying for Chevy...

A dear family friend passed away this week from a rare form of cancer. We are on our knees for him and and his family but we know he is in a better place...he will truely be missed!!

We love you Chevy!!!
